Business Operations Manager

YOUR ROLE

Manage and coordinate projects and operational activities, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Lead issue resolution and strategic problem-solving initiatives.
Monitor project performance through reporting, KPI tracking, and data analysis.
Support business operations through the preparation of presentations, reports, and executive communications.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment between business and operational goals.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations and service delivery activities.

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Project Management.
Experience within the telecommunications sector is highly desirable, particularly in mobile networks and related infrastructure.
Knowledge of Indoor Coverage / DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) projects, including implementation and project management, will be considered a strong advantage.

Power BI
Proven experience in operational management and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
Fluent Portuguese and good command of English (B2/C1 level).
Customer-focused and results-oriented professional.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
