YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear, prioritized user stories and ensuring high‑quality delivery across the full Agile lifecycle.
You will work closely with business users, DTMs, architects, developers, QA, and external vendors to ensure solutions are feasible, well‑designed, and aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include backlog management, sprint planning support, requirement clarification during development, UAT coordination, and formal business acceptance. You will also contribute to continuous improvement, documentation, and knowledge sharing, and may act as Scrum Master when required.
