YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team in Lisbon (remot/hybrid work).

Your main responsabilities will be:

  • Implement, operate, and troubleshoot AWS cloud environments.
  • Apply DevOps/Platform Engineering practices across Linux and Windows systems.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
  • Work with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized workloads.
  • Ensure AWS security best practices.
  • Develop IaC using Terraform/OpenTofu (and Ansible when required).
  • Automate operations through scripting.
  • Support Linux systems and cloud networking.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Solid experience with AWS Infrastructure & Security, including design, implementation, hardening, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD using GitLab, including pipeline creation, automation, and optimization.
  • Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment and orchestration.
  • Strong Infrastructure as Code skills, especially with Terraform or OpenTofu, for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
  • Advanced scripting and automation capabilities, ideally using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Strong Linux operating system expertise, covering configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking, including VPCs, routing, subnets, security groups, and network diagnostics.
  • Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
