YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team in Lisbon (remot/hybrid work).
Your main responsabilities will be:
- Implement, operate, and troubleshoot AWS cloud environments.
- Apply DevOps/Platform Engineering practices across Linux and Windows systems.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
- Work with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized workloads.
- Ensure AWS security best practices.
- Develop IaC using Terraform/OpenTofu (and Ansible when required).
- Automate operations through scripting.
- Support Linux systems and cloud networking.
YOUR PROFILE
- Solid experience with AWS Infrastructure & Security, including design, implementation, hardening, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD using GitLab, including pipeline creation, automation, and optimization.
- Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment and orchestration.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills, especially with Terraform or OpenTofu, for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
- Advanced scripting and automation capabilities, ideally using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Strong Linux operating system expertise, covering configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cloud networking, including VPCs, routing, subnets, security groups, and network diagnostics.
- Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
