Your Role:

  • Design and develop Copilot solutions, intelligent agents and LLM workflows.
  • Build scalable components for orchestration, retrieval, automation and model interfaces.
  • Integrate AI with enterprise systems while ensuring security and architectural alignment.
  • Prototype rapidly to validate feasibility, UX, performance and model behaviour.
  • Implement secure‑by‑design and responsible AI practices including guardrails and auditability.
  • Optimise RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search and metadata strategies.
  • Create reusable AI assets, documentation and contribute to standards and architecture reviews.
  • Mentor teams, support governance forums and manage AI‑related escalations.

Your Skills:

  • Hands‑on experience with LLMs, Copilot Studio, agent frameworks and AI APIs.
  • Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, RAG and retrieval optimisation.
  • Proficient in secure‑by‑design engineering, authentication, authorisation and audit controls.

  • Experienced in DevOps, CI/CD, IaC and modern engineering pipelines.
  • Able to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions and debug model behaviour.
