Senior PLM Consultant

Responsibilities: 

• Consulting: Organization and lead of a consulting team able to shape business requirements, value and create Business Cases 
• Organises and executes customer facing workshops
• Drives the business transformation aspects of the programme: Communications plan, training, internal programme politics
• Reports to the business the progress of the programme and create a positive mood around it.
• Has driven a consulting team on large PLM programmes
• Participate to the top governance of the programme and ensure a human transformation is ongoing and positive
• Makes sure of the people’s alignment to the programme objectives and facilitate the change

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline 
• Very communicative, mastering PPTs, roadmaps, business cases, business transformation, change management plan, training plans , conducting workshops
