Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and manage complex software delivery projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful end-to-end execution of cloud-based programs, from initial planning through delivery and closure.
As a TPM, you will be responsible for orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving project success with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle management of cloud software projects/programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define and implement delivery approaches tailored to project needs.
Manage project teams, resources, and stakeholder communications across internal and external organizations.
Ensure high-quality project documentation and data integrity in all relevant tools and repositories.
Drive risk, change, and opportunity management processes.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Monitor and report on project health, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
Background Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in cloud software delivery or telecom environments.
Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional software projects.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
Tools and Methodologies:
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
Experience with risk and change management frameworks.
Soft Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
