Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Our client is one of the world largest healthcare manufacturing organisation. The goal is gathering data from medical implants to monitor clients state and provide recommendations. We are looking for strong Mobile Team Lead experienced with both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) software development

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and supervise team • Directly communicate with customer development, management and business teams. • Take responsibility for tasks completion and delivery using Agile software development process. • Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements. • Participate in functional and architectural decisions for new functionality requests. • Participate in code review within development team.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have:
• Excellent Communication skills and experience communicating with US and offshore team members
• Experience leading teams and influencing (technically and managerially) at various levels of a company
• 5+ years experience developing for IOS and Android Devices (must have both)
• 5+ years experience with Kotlin
• 5+ years experience with Swift
• 3+years experience C# and .NET
• Experience with VS Code, Xcode or Android Studio IDEs
• Experience creating, troubleshooting and working with API and other integration layers
• Experience with code repositories and product management tools possibly including Git, Bitbucket, GitHub, Jira and Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
• Application and component unit testing
