Senior/TechLead AI Engineer (ML/GenAI project)

YOUR CLIENT

YOUR TASKS

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and AI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and business alignment
• Architect and oversee production-grade ML systems, including model lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Drive innovation in generative AI and NLP, guiding research and development efforts to deliver cutting-edge capabilities
• Own and optimize data infrastructure and pipelines, ensuring robust data availability, quality, and governance for ML applications
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define AI strategy and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions
• Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements, evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into the team’s roadmap where appropriate

YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a strong track record of delivering business value
• 3+ years in a customer-facing consulting role, including experience leading generative AI engagements and managing client relationships
• Demonstrated expertise in productionizing machine learning models, including monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and natural language processing (NLP)
• Proficiency in infrastructure management (Docker containerization, Pipeline management tools, Database systems)
• Experience working with Databricks platform
• Experience with Azure cloud
