Senior Solutions Consultant (Databricks, Ukraine)

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to design, implement, and optimize modern data platforms. This role combines deep technical expertise in data engineering with strong consulting capabilities to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions using Databricks and cloud ecosystems.

YOUR TASKS

  • Design and deliver end-to-end data engineering solutions using Databricks and modern data platforms
  • Lead client engagements, gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Implement and optimize Apache Spark workloads for performance and scalability
  • Build and maintain data pipelines (batch and streaming)
  • Provide expertise in data architecture and platform modernization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Guide clients on best practices in cloud data engineering and governance
  • Support knowledge transfer and mentor junior consultants

YOUR PROFILE

  • 4+ years of Data Engineering experience
  • 2+ years in consulting or client-facing roles
  • Proven experience with Databricks platform
  • Completion of Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification (or equivalent experience + training)
  • Experience delivering 2–3 end-to-end projects with hands-on implementation
  • Strong knowledge of Apache Spark, distributed data processing systems
  • Experience with one or more: Hadoop, Flink, Presto, or similar big data technologies
  • Familiarity with Databricks multi-hop architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers)
