Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications. You will play a pivotal role in architectural decisions, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation across the full development lifecycle, with a strong focus on Python-driven solutions and advanced analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of robust, scalable applications primarily using Python, including advanced Machine Learning, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence components.
Architect and implement high-performance, interactive user interfaces with React and Next.js.
Oversee database design and management, primarily with MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
Drive the development and maintenance of sophisticated back-end services, including those built with Node.js, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
Spearhead the deployment, monitoring, and management of applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, optimizing for cost, performance, and reliability.
Define and enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and champion best practices in software development.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative software solutions.
Mentor and guide mid-level and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Required Skills and Experience:

Extensive proven experience as a Full-stack Developer with deep expertise in Python, including a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
Demonstrated senior-level experience and leadership in at least one of the following domains: Machine Learning, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
Strong architectural understanding and practical experience with scalable system design.
Proficiency in Node.js, with experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade services.
Expertise in React and Next.js, including advanced state management, performance optimization, and component library development.
In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, including advanced querying, indexing, and performance tuning.
Extensive experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and best practices for cloud deployments.
Deep understanding and practical experience with Docker for containerization and orchestration.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have (Optional but Desired):

Experience with Azure or other cloud services.
Proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Extensive experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
Proven experience setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka).
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
