Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join the team supporting one of the world's leading mass media companies. You will work closely with the client, contribute to infrastructure and platform improvement initiatives, and help ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions. 

YOUR TASKS

• Collaborate with the client to gather and clarify technical and business requirements.
• Provide recommendations for system improvements, optimizations, and best practices.
• Review team members' code and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality results.
• Support and improve cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Work closely with engineering teams to maintain reliable and efficient platform operations.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitHub Actions.
• Good understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience with GitHub Pipelines, Argo CD/CI, and Drone CI/CD.
• Experience managing SSL Certificates and AWS Route 53.
• Knowledge of Celery and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of AWS services, including SES, Transfer Family, WAF, DynamoDB, ECR, SQS, and SNS.
• Knowledge of Memcache.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Knowledge of GCP.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English level (B2-C1).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in the following a plus:

• Experience working with AWS and GCP cloud environments.
• Experience with Vault.
• Experience with ArgoCD and Drone.
• Experience with Datadog for monitoring and metrics.
• Experience with Sumo Logic for log management and analysis.
