To keep building the team, ER&D Cybersecurity is looking for a Cybersecurity Lead.
Responsibilities:
- You will be accountable for Cyber security within the ER&D Ukraine & Poland perimeter, including:
- Risk & Compliance
- You will manage cyber risks for the perimeter
- You will ensure compliance with Global / local laws & regulations
- You will lead/support standards certification expectations (ISO27K, TISAX)
- Strategy & Governance
- You will comply with Group Security baseline
- You will manage Cyber Communication & Awareness program
- You will support Capgemini internal stakeholders with regard to cybersecurity posture
- You will report metrics to the GBL level and Geography level
- Cyber for Business
- You will report Incident to GSOC & GBL CISO
- You will support Business to comply with client requirements
- You will control GBL Security posture for client projects along with GIT Security teams
- You will manage Business Continuity
Competencies:
- 7 to 15 years’ experience in Information Security, Risk Management and IT.
- Advanced knowledge of Information Security technologies best practices and international standards
- Advanced knowledge of Risk Management and international standards
- Knowledge of legal & regulatory requirements related to Information Security and Privacy
- Good written and oral communication skills, including in English
- Ability to adapt to new and unpredictable situations
- Strong integrity and confidentiality personal values
- Analytical skills, teamwork and collaboration with indirect reports
- CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 or ISO 27005 Certification needed
- Working in a pressurized environment with conflicting priorities and without supervision
- Ability to clearly articulate technical messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal
