Lead QA Engineer (IBM Maximo testing, Ukraine)

We're looking for a Lead QA Engineer with strong IBM Maximo experience to join our team and drive high-quality testing across enterprise asset management implementations. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end testing efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery through robust QA processes and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing for IBM Maximo implementations, including Application Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Data Validation, SIT, UAT, sign-offs, and regression testing.
• Scope, design, and document test business use cases, test plans, and execution strategies in Agile delivery environments.
• Drive the adoption and execution of automated test suites using client-preferred tools, ensuring efficient regression and repeatability.
• Coordinate with business users to identify functional test cases and oversee execution in alignment with business requirements.
• Provide weekly test status updates, forecasts, and risk assessments to project stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with development, business, and QA teams to resolve issues, improve quality, and maintain delivery timelines.
• Ensure quality processes, standards, and compliance are adhered to throughout the testing lifecycle.

Top Skill Requirements:

• 7+ years of QA/Test Management experience, with 2–3 full lifecycle IBM Maximo rollouts.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo testing (functional, integration, UAT, regression, automation).
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, tools, and test automation frameworks; certification in Maximo and QA preferred.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, and automated test suites.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and liaising directly with business users.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, including weekly status forecasting.
• Availability to cross with North America EST working hours.
