Job Description

The client is a fast-growing, venture-backed company based in San Francisco. They offer a comprehensive customer service platform that’s reshaping how businesses communicate with their customers. Their platform empowers users to engage in naturally productive, AI-driven conversations, streamlining customer interactions across all channels—including voice, email, messaging, chat, and social media. This is exactly where your contribution will matter. You’ll be joining a team focused on developing several core features—one of which is an AI bot product designed to be CX-platform agnostic.

 

 

Requirements

  • Full-stack engineer 5+ years of commercial software development experience
  • Able to work autonomously and thrive in ambiguity
  • Experience with Golang
  • Experience with React (or any of modern UI frameworks Vue/Angular and willingness to work with React)
  • SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Work according to Agile development process in a close collaboration with the client engineers and project stakeholders
  • Research, evaluate, estimate, and implement technical solution for business requirements
  • Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
  • Participate in architecture and design sessions on a regular basis
  • Great communication skills

 

 

Would be a plus

  • Messaging (MQTT + Kafka)
  • TypeScript, Node.js experience
