Client Technical Support Specialist (German speaking)

Client Technical Support  are key liaisons between different teams. As the primary resource for giving new client implementation sign off for go live, problem-solving, and support testing for Product Team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support with Customer Onboarding
• Attend implementation calls
• Profiles: Import process and Company Profiles
• End-to-End Testing and sign off
• Provide post-implementation support until steady state is achieved
• New Office Id mapping
• Collaborate with Product Teams to:
• Assist in developing new functionalities and routines
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing
• Research and escalate technical issues
• Support Service Delivery Support teams by:
• Researching and escalating issues to appropriate teams for resolution
• Project Team Contributions:
• Support large-scale projects
• Problem-Solving Approach:
• Research and resolve issues with minimal initial information
• Utilize creative thinking to identify root causes

Key Responsibilities – TTS Online: 

• Support with Customer Onboarding
• Attend implementation calls
• Analyze data End-2-End and sign off
• Identify Incorrect setup and gaps
• Provide post-implementation support until steady state is achieved

Key Qualifications:  

• Fluent in German language (speak and write)
• At least 6+ years of experience in the business travel industry (equivalent experience preferred)
• Technically proficient in supporting Amadeus (GDS)
• Highly experienced in Travel and/or Airline industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation
• Capable of coordinating and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Takes ownership of deliverables and proactively seeks improvements
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaborative skills
