Your Project

We are seeking a highly skilled Back End Engineer to join our dynamic team as we shape the future of Embedded Services targeting our Payroll customers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work at pace and have a strong technical background and problem-solving skills. We are currently seeking a Backend Software Engineer (.NET) to take responsibility for building, enhancing, and maintaining products or systems that support client's business plans and long-term objectives, using the identified architecture. You will leverage your experience in developing .NET API Domain Services to build flexible, scalable, and resilient products in a cross-functional environment. 

Your Role

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient back-end systems and APIs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3.5+ years of experience in a backend developer role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of software development principles, practices, and procedures for complex assignments.
  • Proficiency in .NET C#
  • Knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, DocumentDB etc.)
  • Familiarity with API tools such as Postman or similar (Bruno experience is a bonus).
  • Understanding of behaviour-driven development (BDD) testing and test automation techniques.
  • Experience with version control in Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Agile, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Upper-Intermediate English

Nice to have:

 

  • Experience working with enterprise software, particularly in the fintech, payroll, or financial services sectors.
  • Development with or of AI agentic flows
  • Global experience
  • Experience in building highly integrated solutions – DevX, API design, complex integration architecture
