Job Description

Key Responsibilities
•    Build, configure Windows Server platforms across development, test, and production environments.
•    Deploy, configure VMware virtualization infrastructure (VM provisioning, templates, snapshots, resource allocation).
•    Perform OS hardening, patching and configuration in line with enterprise standards.
•    Perform infrastructure build activities for application onboarding and upgrades.
Automation & Scripting
•    Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline build and operational tasks.
•    Automate environment provisioning, configuration validation, and deployment activities.
•    Improve build efficiency and reduce manual intervention through scripting and automation.
Database & Application
•    Work with Oracle and MySQL database to drive infrastructure and application requirements.
•    Assist application teams with OS level and database connectivity issues.
•    Basic database operations in coordination with DBAs (startup/shutdown support, connectivity troubleshooting)

Job Description - Grade Specific

Required Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•    3–5 years of hands-on experience in Windows infrastructure.
•    Experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
•    Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and/or Python.
•    Working knowledge of Oracle and MySQL database.
•    Experience working in enterprise infrastructure or build engineering teams.
