Job Description

• End-to-end functional business analyst skills.
• Requirements gathering requirements across a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects.
• Overall financial services industry knowledge with specific functional domain expertise.
• Strong business-acumen and business sense (eg. understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits).
• Experience in business case development or change implementation activity.
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication (to convince and influence stakeholders towards a business decision, dealing with different interests and resolving disagreements and conflicts, and sometimes needing to challenge poor requirements and design decisions, negotiation skills).
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and lead meetings/workshops.
• Experience in delivering change into different audiences and managing implementation in banking environments.
• For senior roles, experience working in large and complex projects, global environment.

Job Qualification

Mandatory languages:

• Strong command in English.
• Spoken Mandarin/Cantonese, read & write is ideal (good enough if only able to understand & sit-in meetings held in Mandarin/Cantonese).

Must have functional domain expertise in any of the following areas:

• Wealth Management, Private Banking & Investment Banking
• Transaction Banking & Payments
• Digital Banking (Internet & Mobile Banking)
• AI-Enabled Solutions & Process Automation & Streamlining
• Customer Onboarding Journeys & Customer Accounts

• Others - banking & banking Tech related domains
