Looking for an experienced Test Manager with strong Banking domain experience to manage end to end testing activities
Oversee QA delivery and ensure quality across banking applications
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage test strategy plans and execution
Lead system integration regression and UAT testing Manage test teams and liase with development business stakeholders
Oversee defect management reporting and quality metrics
Ensure compliance with banking standards and regulatory requirements

Mandatory Skills
8 years of QA Testing experience 3 years as Test Manager Senior Test Lead
Strong Banking domain experience mandatory Experience with JIRA ALM Azure DevOps
Good understanding of STLC SDLC Agile
Good to Have Experience in core banking payments or digital banking
Exposure to test automation Client facing experience
