Extensive background in managing Cyber defence products roll out.

• In depth knowledge of End user protection security offering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computing or a related discipline, aligned with the technical and functional requirements of the role.
• Over 10 years of experience in Programme and Project Management within Project Delivery or PMO functions.
• Highly self-motivated with strong multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Well-versed in procurement processes, including Request for Tender (RFT), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Quotation (RFQ), from specification drafting through to contract negotiation and award finalization.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong analytics and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Skilled in identifying and addressing process inefficiencies to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Proficient in project and collaboration tools, including MS Project, Confluence, and JIRA.
• SDLC and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in iproject delivery.
• Project manager certification is a must. Preferably PMP or Prince 2.
