Job Description

Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with hands-on experience GenAI/LLM-enabled projects. You will guide Agile teams building AI-driven capabilities such as copilots, automation agents, knowledge assistants, models, and intelligence enhancements. This role requires strong Agile delivery leadership combined with familiarity with the unique demands of AI/ML and GenAI development cycles.

You will coach teams, remove impediments, ensure disciplined delivery, drive continuous improvement, and partner closely with Product Owners, Data/AI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1) Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation

· Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Refinement).

· Manage sprint commitments, capacity planning, delivery cadence, and removal of blockers.

· Work with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog including AI-specific user stories (model features, data pipelines, prompt templates, evaluation tasks).

2) GenAI Project Delivery

· Support delivery teams building LLM-based solutions, including:

o Copilots and conversational agents

o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications

o Automated summarization, insight extraction, and knowledge assistants

o AI-powered automation

o Fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model evaluation cycles

o Data preparation, annotation, and quality validation

o Prompt iteration, benchmarking, and model evaluation

o AI safety, guardrail implementation, and acceptance criteria

o Continuous feedback loops using user telemetry and eval results

· Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, MLOps, Cloud/Platform teams, and domain SMEs.

3) Coaching & Continuous Improvement

· Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values and AI delivery best practices.

· Champion the adoption of AI-aware Agile artifacts (e.g., model evaluation scorecards, prompt versioning logs).

· Drive continuous improvement based on sprint metrics, model performance metrics, and team feedback.

4) Risk, Governance & Compliance

· Identify risks related to GenAI adoption: data privacy, accuracy, hallucinations, bias, and operational constraints.

· Facilitate risk mitigation activities in alignment with Data Governance, Security, and Responsible AI guidelines.

· Ensure teams comply with regulatory, data-handling, and model-governance standards.

5) Stakeholder & Product Collaboration

· Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical/AI teams.

· Sprint progress, delivery risks, and AI capability readiness clearly to leadership.

· Support design of user journeys and testing for GenAI-based capabilities.

6) Reporting & Transparency

· Provide visibility on metrics such as:

o Velocity, throughput, predictability

o Cycle time and impediments

o AI-specific metrics (accuracy, hallucination rates, evaluation scores)

· Produce sprint dashboards and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

7) Scaled Agile (If Applicable)

· Operate smoothly in a multi-team or scaled setup (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS).

· Handle cross-team dependencies, especially data, model assets, and platform integrations.
