Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, define architecture standards, guide development teams, and ensure the delivery of quality solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution workshops.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Evaluate, recommend, and govern the adoption of technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance to development teams.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and delivery teams.
• Conduct architecture governance, design reviews, and code review activities.
• Support project estimation, technical planning, and risk assessment initiatives.
• Drive cloud transformation, modernization, and migration programs.
• Mentor and coach developers, technical leads, and engineers across delivery teams.
• Promote reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience in application architecture, enterprise solution design, and software engineering.
• Proficiency in enterprise technology stacks such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architectures and API-led integrations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and messaging technologies.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including:
  • Oracle
  • PostgreSQL
  • MongoDB
  • DynamoDB
• Experience in system integration, performance optimization, scalability engineering, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools (Docker), and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience Range: 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years in Technical Architecture or Solution Architecture roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or similar leadership role in enterprise environments.
• Preferred Certifications
• TOGAF Certification
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Equivalent cloud or architecture certifications
• Preferred Experience
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Domain experience in one or more of the following industries:
