Key Responsibilities

Gather validate and consolidate delivery and testing data from Jira and Confluence

Build and maintain analytics models reports and dashboards using eazyBI for Jira and Confluence

Ensure data accuracy consistency of definitions and reporting integrity

Deliver concise executiveready presentations and status updates

Required Skills Experience

Experience in PMO PMA Project Analytics and Test Management roles

Strong working knowledge of ISTQB Test Management concepts

Handson experience with Jira and Confluence as primary delivery tools

Strong experience using eazyBI for reporting dashboards and KPI analytics

Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and validation

Excellent PowerPoint skills for executivelevel presentations

Clear concise and structured communication skills

Preferred Tools Qualifications

ISTQB Certification Test Manager

Prior experience on Testing Center of Excellence TCOE

Exposure to enterpriselevel QA or large multiteam delivery environments

PMP PRINCE2 Agile certification"
