Your Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary PMO to lead our data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires someone with a balance of analytical skills, strategic foresight, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. The PMO will be instrumental in designing and implementing data strategies that enhance business growth, optimize operations, and foster an inclusive environment of innovation.

• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Proven ability to dissect complex problems and provide actionable insights in a timely manner.
• Strategic Mindset: Experience developing and executing strategies that are both long-term and adaptable to changing business landscapes.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on listening, empathy, and the ability to translate complex data concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to lead with compassion and clarity, fostering a supportive team environment that values collaboration and diverse perspectives.

Your Skills and Experience

• Hands on PMO experience across complex, multi regional projects.
• Skilled in end to end project tracking, including planning, governance reporting, and quality assurance against transformation standards.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Change Adoption activities.
• Proficient in key PMO tools such as Clarity, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Possesses domain knowledge of banking, financial services, and shared services environments.
• Experienced in supporting change and transformation initiatives within banking setups.
• Proactive, self managed, and committed to driving delivery pace and clarity within teams.
• Effective problem solver with the ability to work under tight timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Knowledgeable in Programme Management Frameworks and programme organization structures.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills with presentation experience.
