Job Description

Role : PMO/Operation Specialist

Your New Role
It is a HANDSON role managing end to end operations including allocation movements contract lifecycle cost control timesheet administration and PO invoice management

Responsibilities
* Resource Allocation Movement Management
* Manage and track resource allocation movements including onboarding offboarding extensions role changes and allocation adjustments to ensure accurate workforce planning and reporting

*Contract Management:
Assist resource contract lifecycle management including contract creation renewal amendments and termination for contingent workers CW and vendors ensuring compliance with internal policies and contractual terms
Cost Calculation Cost Control
Perform resource cost calculation and tracking including rate validation cost impact analysis for allocation changes and ongoing cost management to Assist budget control and financial forecasting
Timesheet Monthly Resource Administration
Assist timesheet creation validation finalization and monthly management for contingent resources ensuring accuracy and timely submission
*Purchase Order PO Invoice Management
Assist Finance with PO procedures including PO creation PO tracking PO receipt and invoice receipt and reconciliation related to resource and vendor costs

Job Description - Grade Specific

Must have
Solid accounting knowledge this could be a bachelors degree in accounting or previous working in an accounting firm or working in a finance department
Solid Excel skill Preference will be given to candidates with advanced computing skills VBA SQL and experience in automating processes with experience in handling and analysing large and complex data
Minimum 2- 4 years of working experience prefer to have finance operations experience
