Job Description

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform end-to-end testing of Business Banking applications, including CASA and OAO modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
• Support UAT and production validation activities as needed.

Job Qualification

• 5 - 8 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in the banking domain.
• Strong understanding of Business Banking workflows, CASA products, and Online Account Opening processes.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and test plans.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
