Job Description
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform end-to-end testing of Business Banking applications, including CASA and OAO modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
- Support UAT and production validation activities as needed.
Job Qualification
- 5 - 8 years of experience in manual testing, preferably in the banking domain.
- Strong understanding of Business Banking workflows, CASA products, and Online Account Opening processes.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and test plans.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
