Long Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong expertise in Private Banking and Wealth Management to lead business transformation and digital initiatives. The role requires a blend of functional analysis, project delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and banking domain expertise. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business, product, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of wealth management solutions and client journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Private Banking and Wealth Management initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder communication across business, technology, operations, compliance, and senior management.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and budget.
• Prepare governance materials, steering committee updates, and status reporting.
• Drive market activation, commercialization readiness, and implementation activities.

Business Analysis

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), process flows, and user stories.
• Ensure clear requirement traceability and achieve business sign-off.
• Translate business requirements into features and user stories for development teams.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and story grooming activities.
• Collaborate with architects and technology teams to define optimal solutions.

• Participate actively in solution design discussions and functional reviews.
• Provide domain expertise on wealth management products, investment processes, and banking operations.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Support development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Define test strategy, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and review UAT test cases.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users.
• Manage defect triage and resolution with technology teams.
• Ensure successful business sign-off prior to production deployment.

Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering business and technology transformation projects.
• Experience operating as both Business Analyst and Project Manager.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.
