Job Description

Perform daily batch monitoring and operations using Control M
Handle job failures re-runs and schedule adjustments as required
Troubleshoot batch issues across Windows Unix AS400 and Mainframe environments
Manage incidents through Remedy or similar ITSM tools logging tracking escalation and closure
Coordinate with application teams infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to resolve batch related issues
Review and optimize batch workflows for efficiency and stability
Support release deployments job schedule updates and environment changes
Maintain operational documentation SOPs and knowledge base records
Ensure adherence to SLA compliance standards and ITIL based service operations practices
Provide on call shift support as per operational requirements

Job Description - Grade Specific

3-5 years of experience in ControlM Operations mandatory
Hands on experience managing batch jobs across
Proficiency in incident change management using Remedy
Good Knowledge of scheduling concepts calendars dependencies and batch workflow design
Strong troubleshooting analytical and problems solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
