Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled CCM Technical Consultant / Engagement Developer with strong hands‑on experience in constructing, modifying, testing, and documenting communication templates using Precisely EngageOne / DOC1 or similar CCM platforms. The ideal candidate will developing high‑quality customer communication solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems, business teams in delivering accurate, compliant, and personalized communications.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in CCM template design and development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • DOC1 S4 / DOC1 S6
    • EngageOne Designer – Version 6
  • Proficiency in:
    • Java
    • Oracle Database and strong SQL
    • Control‑M (batch job scheduling & monitoring)
    • Jira (task, defect & project tracking)
  • Strong debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Job Description - Grade Specific

Design, develop, modify, test, and maintain CCM templates using EngageOne Precisely products (DOC1 S4/S6, EngageOne Designer V6).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable CCM design components.
Develop and enhance interactive, batch, and on‑demand communication templates.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure templates adhere to branding, regulatory, and compliance standards.
