Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Tester to join our QA team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to kick-start their career in software testing and quality assurance. You will work closely with senior testers and developers to ensure our applications perform efficiently under various conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Support performance testing activities including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing.
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Learn and apply best practices in performance testing and software quality assurance.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• Familiarity with any programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred (but not required):

• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases
• Internship or academic project experience in software testing or QA
