YOUR ROLE

As a Business Analyst with Capgemini, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams by analyzing data, documenting processes, and identifying requirements to implement solutions.  

In this role, you will play a key role in: 

Primary 

  • Documentating BRD FSD etc 
  • High level Data warehousing BI platform knowledge
  • Eliciting reporting and analytics requirements PowerBI

Secondary 

  • Governance driven frameworks
  • Stakeholder management
  • SQL

 

YOUR PROFILE

Required Experience and Skills

  • 5 years as BA in data analytics or reporting projects
  • Experience working with DW BI platforms
  • Exposure to governance driven environments, finance risk security a plus
  • Requirements Analysis
    • Eliciting reporting and analytics requirements
    • Understanding data grain and aggregation rules
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Translating business questions into data requirements
    • Facilitating workshops and requirement walkthroughs
    • Managing scope and expectation changes
  • Data Validation
    • SQL for data validation and reconciliation
    • Ability to analyse datasets and identify anomalies
    • Supporting UAT and business signoff
  • Documentation Governance
    • Business requirement documents BRD
    • Data definitions and business glossary
