Key Responsibilities
1 Test Planning Analysis Understand business requirements functional specifications and integration architecture Identify SIT scope impacted systems dependencies and integration touchpoints Develop SIT test strategy test plans and highlevel test scenarios 2 Test Design Create detailed SIT test cases based on integration flows and interface specifications APIs middleware batch jobs etc Define test data requirements and prepare test data across multiple systems Validate mapping documents interface contracts and transformation rules 3 Test Execution Execute SIT test cases across involved upstreamdownstream systems Validate systemtosystem data transfer API responses logs and interface behavior Perform endtoend process validation involving multiple modulesapplications Log defects with clear steps evidence and system impact 4 Defect Management Collaborate closely with developers functional consultants and integration teams Participate in defect triage meetings and retestresolution cycles Track defect lifecycle until closure 5 Reporting Documentation Prepare dailyweekly test execution reports Maintain traceability between requirements test cases and results Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement |
Job Description - Grade Specific
Required Skills Experience
3-7 years of handson SIT or Integration Testing experience
Strong understanding of multisystem integration flows and dependencies
Experience with API testing tools Postman SoapUI and middleware validation
Good knowledge of SQL for data validation across systems
Experience working with logs queues MQKafka and interface monitoring tools
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
