Long Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Wealth Management Investment applications built on NET and MS SQL
• Troubleshoot complex issues escalated from L1L2 teams and ensure timely resolution
• Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement permanent fixes
• Monitor application performance scheduled jobs interfaces and realtime processes
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and production stability standards
• Perform minor development bug fixes and enhancements using NET CASPNET
• Write review and optimize SQL queries stored procedures and DB logic
• Conduct impact analysis prepare build changes and support SITUAT
• Participate in release planning and contribute to application optimization
• Work on deployment pipelines build migrations and release activities
• Support and improve DevOps processes aligned with CICD practices
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and collaborate with infrastructureplatform teams

• Investment advisory workflows
• Portfolio management
• Wealth advisory solutions
• Client risk profiling investment recommendations

Short Description

Required Skills Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Application Maintenance L3 Production Support
• Strong handson experience in NET C ASPNET development and debugging
• Expertise in MS SQL queries stored procedures tuning
• Experience in supporting applications in open systems Windows environments
• Understanding of DevOps processes and deployment tools
• Good knowledge of ITIL processesIncident Problem Change Management
