Account/Business Delivery Manager
Job Description
- Candidate as a Client Partner shall work along with UOB Account/Delivery Team across Singapore, Malaysia and India to drive our business growth and partnership with the bank
- UOB has its big technology centre in Malaysia and the prime responsibility would be to create new relationships and farm the existing relationships by catering to the needs/requirements of the clients
- Working closely with the client-side Technical Managers to drive client relationship thereby becoming Go-To person for all client needs and requirements
- To fulfil the requirements of the client, the candidate may have to drive smoother supply with our practices
- Work along with the Account Executive in selling Capgemini solution offerings and Staff Augmentation work to the client.
- Own and drive response to RFPs from the client to fruition and successful closures
- Maintain relationships with the client stakeholders, especially with the PMO team of the client organization
- Generate new revenue chains from the said Account proactively
- Participate and/or drive contract and rate negotiations with the client

- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive to initiate conversations with clients at different levels and mining sales opportunities
- Team player, strong people skills, creative ideas / solutions
