Job Description

AI Model Development
Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models.
Train, test, and optimize models for accuracy and efficiency.
Data Preparation
Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for AI applications.
Ensure data quality and integrity for model training.
Integration
Deploy AI models into production environments and integrate with existing systems.
Develop APIs and services for AI-powered applications.
Research & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and frameworks.
Experiment with new algorithms and techniques to improve performance.
Collaboration
Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Monitoring & Maintenance
Monitor AI systems for performance and retrain models as needed.
Implement security and compliance measures for AI solutions.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and machine learning libraries.
Experience with NLP, computer vision, and deep learning architectures.
Knowledge of data engineering, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and MLOps.
Familiarity with API development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
