YOUR ROLE

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for managing and guiding your team to achieve high performance and deliver results efficiently. You create a collaborative and inspiring work environment, set clear goals, and ensure that each team member operates at their full potential. You act as a bridge between your team and upper management, ensuring smooth communication and timely task execution. You also play a key role in identifying challenges, resolving conflicts, and fostering continuous development within the team.

YOUR TASKS

• Team Management & Leadership

  • Create an inspiring team environment with open communication.
  • Set clear goals and expectations.
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
  • Monitor team performance and report on key metrics.
  • Motivate and recognize team members.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching.
  • Listen to feedback and resolve conflicts.
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
  • Suggest and organize team-building activities.

• Project & Operational Support

  • Coordinate and support various projects in collaboration with Executive stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify risks and implement quick, effective solutions.

• Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare reports based on data gathered from multiple sources, presented clearly in Excel.
  • Conduct extensive research and market intelligence.
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and motivating others.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Approachable and supportive, with a positive and constructive attitude.
• English level B2 or higher.
