YOUR ROLE

Join our team as a Supply Chain Planning Transformation Lead where you'll shape the future of supply chain solutions both for our organization and our clients. In this role, you'll collaborate with diverse teams, from IT specialists to vendors and client stakeholders, to create innovative products that enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and growth. We're looking for someone who understands the complete supply chain journey and can bring fresh perspectives to our transformation initiatives. YOUR TASKS

• Define and own the product roadmap for supply chain tools and platforms in the areas of Demand Planning & Supply Planning.
• Collaborate with Solution lead / stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear product specifications with IT team for developments.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Work closely with supply chain solution team during the entire RFP process in areas such as demand forecasting, supply planning and implement solution as drafted in proposals within agreed timeline.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management.
• Participate in new client visits by delivering application demonstrations and addressing queries related to business processes and application functionalities.
• Support the delivery team in implementing supply chain applications.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in comprehensive product lifecycle management, including development phases, release processes, and change request management.
• Around 10 years of experience in the planning area of supply chain.
• Extensive experience working in a global business environment; consulting experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in leading the transformation implementations.
• Extensive experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design and documentation preparation.
• Experience in client facing activities (i.e. workshops, presentations, training).
• At least Bachelor’s Degree educational background and English at CEFR Grade C1 (Advanced) or equivalent.
