YOUR ROLE

As an integral part of Capgemini’s IFAO Project & Consulting Team, you will help guide our Clients towards large-scale transformations using automation and technology solutions at the very forefront of innovation in R2A area. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of business operations at large and will take responsibility for fine-tuning and orchestrating technology-enabled transformation projects. We seek focused and inspired individuals who have the special power to build the close, trusting relationships that are key to delivering the seamless and efficient transitions and transformations that Clients expect from Capgemini.  

YOURE TASKS

• Lead supply chain fulfilment transformation projects across industries, delivering end-to-end business solutions.
• Implement order management and logistics systems, leveraging automation and analytics to optimize operations.
• Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, DGEM) to identify and drive efficiencies.
• Analyze client data to develop actionable recommendations and business cases.
• Create impactful presentations and facilitate stakeholder meetings to align on solutions.
• Support sales activities through proposal development and contribution to product innovation in fulfilment.
• Mentor team members and ensure quality of deliverables across project streams.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5–10 years of experience in supply chain fulfilment, with a solid educational background in supply chain management.
• Proven leadership in fulfilment platform implementations and familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
• Strong capability to drive automation initiatives within fulfilment operations.
• Managerial experience in manufacturing or consulting environments.
• Expertise in designing target operating models, organizational structures, and process documentation.
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing new solutions in the fulfilment domain.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP supply chain modules (SD, MM, TM, WM).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across client organizations.
• Fluent English (CEFR C1 or equivalent).
• Experience in client-facing activities, including workshops, presentations, and training.
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams in global, complex business environments; BPO/SSC experience is a plus.
