Supplier Risk Junior Manager

Your role

The Supplier Risk Junior Manager is responsible for managing supplier risk across the vendor lifecycle, ensuring that third-party relationships comply with organizational, regulatory, security, and operational requirements. This role works closely with Procurement, Legal, Security, Compliance, Finance, and Business stakeholders to evaluate supplier risks, implement mitigation plans, and enhance the organization's Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.

The successful candidate will drive supplier risk governance, monitor risk exposure, support audit and compliance activities, and help ensure supplier resilience to protect business operations.

Your tasks

  • Lead supplier risk assessments across the supplier lifecycle (onboarding, reviews, offboarding).
  • Assess risks in Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, Financial Stability, Operational Risk, BC/DR, and ESG.
  • Maintain supplier risk profiles, identify exposures, and oversee mitigation actions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and supplier risk governance activities.
  • Monitor remediation plans and risk controls.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Security, Compliance, and business teams to evaluate and manage supplier risks.
  • Provide risk-based recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate supplier risk review meetings.
  • Track supplier risk metrics, KPIs, and emerging risks.
  • Prepare management reports and escalate critical issues.
  • Enhance Third-Party Risk Management processes, automation, and risk management tools.
  • Promote risk awareness and best practices across the organization.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Security, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supplier risk management, third-party risk management, vendor management, procurement, compliance, audit, or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience conducting supplier risk assessments and remediation activities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards such as: ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 1 / SOC 2, GDPR, DORA, SOX
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
