Strategy & Transformation Consultant - Talent Acquisition
Your role
We are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Consultant with a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition who can support and deliver TA transformation initiatives. This role focuses on improving hiring processes, enabling technology adoption, and embedding data‑driven ways of working across Talent Acquisition teams.
You will work as part of transformation programs that modernize TA operations, support digital enablement (including AI and automation), and improve recruitment effectiveness in regional and global environments.
Your tasks
- Support TA transformation (process, tech, operating model)
- Assess and document current TA processes; identify improvements
- Contribute to standardization and future-state design
- Identify and support AI/automation use cases in hiring
- Enable data-driven sourcing, screening, and reporting
- Follow AI governance and ethical guidelines
- Support optimization of end-to-end recruitment (req → offer)
- Help define and track KPIs and SLAs
- Support ATS implementation/optimization (e.g. Workday, SF, ServiceNow)
- Assist with tool integrations and workflow automation
- Contribute to process digitization and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams
- Support workshops and translate requirements
- Support global projects across regions
- Apply global standards with local market considerations
Your profile
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR transformation, consulting, or TA operations
- Experience contributing to TA transformation or continuous improvement initiatives
- Hands‑on exposure to ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar)
- Good understanding of sourcing tools, recruitment processes, and TA reporting
- Exposure to automation, analytics, or AI use cases in recruitment is an advantage
- Experience working in regional or global TA environments
- You focus on delivery and practical outcomes, not theory
- You can break down complex problems into clear, structured actions
- You are comfortable working with defined direction while taking ownership of your workstream
- You balance analytical thinking with attention to operational detail
- You adapt well to change and are comfortable working across different stakeholders
