Your role

As a Solution Manager  (Supply Chain), you will help global clients transform and optimize their transportation and logistics operations. You will design innovative supply chain solutions, lead complex transformation initiatives, and manage multiple projects while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Combining operational expertise with a strong consulting mindset, you will play a key role in delivering client value and growing Capgemini’s Projects & Consulting business.

Your tasks

• Design end-to-end transportation, fulfilment, and logistics solutions for global clients.
• Lead multiple supply chain improvement and transformation projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Drive process optimization initiatives across route planning, load utilization, and carrier allocation.
• Support business growth through pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution design.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
• Leverage technologies such as AI, RPA, Oracle, SAP, ERP, TMS, OTM, and WMS to enhance supply chain operations.
• Facilitate workshops, advisory sessions, and executive discussions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Your profile

• You have 12–15 years of experience in a global, complex environment, ideally within consulting, BPO, or SSC organizations.
• You bring strong expertise in transportation and logistics management across air, ocean, road, and warehousing operations.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• You have hands-on experience with supply chain technologies, including ERP, TMS, OTM, WMS, Oracle, SAP, AI, or RPA solutions.
• You are skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• You combine strong commercial awareness with excellent project and program management capabilities.
• You have a proven track record of leading transformation and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• You communicate confidently in English and thrive in cross-functional, international environments.
