Your role
We are looking for a talented ServiceNow HRSD Team Manager to lead, develop, and grow our ServiceNow HRSD team in Poland. This role involves overseeing team delivery, managing people and performance, driving go-to-market strategy, and developing innovative HRSD solutions with a focus on AI and ServiceNow AI Agents.
You will be responsible for building a high-performing team of ServiceNow HRSD developers and analysts, shaping market offerings, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on ServiceNow HRSD expertise.
Your tasks
• Build and manage a ServiceNow HRSD delivery team in Poland, including recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
• Set standards and ensure quality delivery across HRSD projects, reviewing solutions and aligning with ServiceNow best practices.
• Drive go-to-market activities, collaborating with sales and leadership to grow the HRSD pipeline and support pre-sales initiatives.
• Design and evolve ServiceNow HRSD offerings with a focus on AI-powered solutions and reusable assets.
• Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting client conversations and ensuring team readiness for upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to ensure scalable and differentiated solutions.
Your profile
• 3+ years of hands on experience with ServiceNow, with strong focus on HRSD.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including team building and leadership.
• At least one active ServiceNow certification (e.g. CSA, CIS HRSD, or equivalent) – required to validate delivery quality and team output.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and HR processes (employee lifecycle, case management, knowledge management).
• Proven experience in pre sales, pipeline management, or go to market activities.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
