Senior UX/UI Designer with German

YOUR TASKS

  • Gathering requirements, creating research plans, conducting user design research, and incorporating findings into product designs and strategies.
  • Designing and facilitating workshops with international clients and Capgemini stakeholders.
  • Developing wireframes, workflows, and prototypes for digital products and services.
  • Collaborating with Change Management consultants to produce insight-based, user-focused communication; effective teamwork is emphasized for meeting objectives.
  • Managing all phases of the design process, from understanding business goals to finalizing interactions and delivering visual assets.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the UX/UI field.
  • Experience conducting design research with both internal and external clients.
  • Willingness to manage IT projects involving new technologies. Support will be provided for learning necessary IT skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A consultant-oriented approach, including openness to ongoing problem-solving and proactive communication; readiness to learn processes independently rather than waiting for detailed instructions. Guidance will be available during this transition.
  • Ability to address ambiguous challenges by systematically dividing complex issues into manageable tasks.
  • Proficiency in English and German, with confidence in communicating with international clients and colleagues.
