Senior R2R Accountant

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior R2R Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the Record-to-Report process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. By performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards, your work will contribute directly to the integrity of financial data and strategic decision-making across our global operations. 

YOUR TASKS

• Preparation, calculation, and processing of complex General Ledger journals, accruals, provisions, allocations, and other entries.
• Monitoring fixed asset transactions and budgets, and contacting asset owners to initiate capitalization.
• Daily processing of bank statements and reconciliation of bank-related accounts, as well as clearing and monitoring sub-accounts.
• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and confirmation of intercompany balances with counterparties.
• Preparation and execution of period-end close activities according to the agreed timetable and procedures.
• Preparation of operational reports within the area of expertise.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) or General Ledger accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to manage complex transactions and closing activities independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience with process improvements or automation is an advantage.
