Your Role

Your Tasks

• Define end-to-end architecture for incident, change, problem, and request management processes.
• Design workflow and orchestration capabilities that combine automation, AI services, and human decision-making.
• Establish architecture principles for AI governance, agent permissions, and operational oversight.
• Design AI-assisted solutions across chat, email, and voice channels to support operational teams.
• Define knowledge management architecture, including governance, taxonomy, and information lifecycle processes.
• Create architecture documentation and implementation guidelines to support delivery teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout the product lifecycle.

Your Profile

• Experience designing enterprise IT operations and IT service management solutions.
• Strong understanding of incident, change, problem, and request management processes.
• Knowledge of service delivery models, SLA governance, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
• Experience designing automation and AI-enabled solutions, including orchestration and workflow platforms.
• Understanding of AI governance, human-in-the-loop processes, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience designing knowledge management, data architecture, or information governance solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and advisory skills.
• Ability to create clear architecture documentation and technical designs.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, security principles, networking, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and align cross-functional team
