Your role

As Senior Manger of Finance Systems & Data – R2R and FP&A, you will lead the governance, performance, stability, and strategic development of the R2R and FP&A systems landscape. You will ensure that finance data, consolidation, planning, reporting, master data, and financial close processes operate accurately, securely, and on time. Acting as a senior partner to Finance, FP&A, Technology, Audit, and external providers, you will strengthen system reliability, data integrity, compliance, service delivery, and continuous improvement across a complex global environment.

Your tasks

• Lead the Systems & Data Unit, set team priorities, and oversee the performance of finance technologies supporting R2R and FP&A.
• Define and manage operating procedures, service standards, controls, governance frameworks, risks, and escalation processes.
• Ensure finance systems comply with internal controls, audit requirements, regulatory obligations, and user access standards.
• Oversee systems supporting financial close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, statutory reporting, and management reporting.
• Govern finance data, reporting hierarchies, mappings, master data lifecycles, and change control across platforms.
• Manage L1–L3 support services, platform availability, service-level performance, user experience, and critical incidents.
• Define the finance systems roadmap and lead implementations, upgrades, migrations, automation, and technology adoption.
• Manage vendors and service agreements while partnering with Finance, BP&I, Technology, Audit, and external providers to communicate risks, priorities, and performance.

Your profile

• You have 12+ years of experience across Finance, FP&A, EPM, consolidation, reporting, finance systems, or finance transformation.
• You have successfully led finance technology teams supporting close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and master data processes.
• You bring strong knowledge of Record-to-Report and FP&A processes, finance systems architecture, data integration, controls, and governance.
• You have experience defining operating models, governance structures, service delivery frameworks, and finance technology roadmaps.
• You have led major technology initiatives, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and process automation programmes.
• You can manage vendors, service providers, complex stakeholder relationships, operational support models, and risk-based decision-making.
• You demonstrate analytical problem-solving, change leadership, accountability, ownership, and a strong risk and control mindset.
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a master’s degree, professional accounting qualification, or relevant industry certification is an advantage. Experience with Anaplan, IBM Cognos, Longview, Kalido, MicroStrategy, SQL-based environments, cloud platforms, automation tools, or ITIL frameworks is preferred.
