Your role
As a Global Process Owner for Performance & Talent Development, you will play a key strategic role in shaping and continuously improving global HR processes for one of our clients.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders, driving consistency, scalability, and innovation across performance and talent development frameworks.
Working within our Advisory Hub, you will collaborate with global stakeholders, Centers of Excellence, and delivery teams to ensure processes are data-driven, future-ready, and aligned with business priorities.
Your tasks
- Lead end-to-end ownership of Performance & Talent processes, from performance cycles to succession and capability development
- Ensure the right balance between global consistency and local agility
- Identify improvement opportunities and turn insights into high-impact initiatives
- Define and drive the process roadmap, shaping future-ready HR solutions
- Establish strong governance and ensure compliance, risk control and process excellence
- Act as a go-to advisor on talent, performance and leadership development topics
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across regions and functions
- Co-create with HR Tech teams to deliver innovative, AI-enabled experiences
- Leverage data, analytics and market trends to continuously enhance impact and effectiveness
Your profile
- Proven experience in Talent Development, Performance, HR Transformation or similar (5–8 years)
- Strong expertise in global HR processes and operating models
- Passion for designing and scaling people processes end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with HR technologies and interest in AI in HR
- Confidence in navigating complex, international stakeholder environments
- Analytical thinker with a data-first mindset
- Clear and impactful communicator, able to influence at senior level
