Your role

As a Senior Infra Specialist, you serve as an expert and advisor on automation infrastructure, with specialization in Blue Prism and proficiency across multiple automation platforms. You shape platform strategy, guide clients through complex infrastructure decisions, and ensure that automation environments are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with enterprise-grade standards. You are accountable for architectural integrity, technical leadership, and continuous improvement across all automation environments.

Your tasks

• Lead infrastructure advisory workshops with clients, translating operational and business needs into platform architecture
• Provide expert guidance on setup, deployment, and optimization of at least three automation platforms, including Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform, or Kryon
• Oversee end-to-end installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of automation platforms across DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD environments
• Design, validate and maintain automation infrastructure architecture schemas, ensuring correct component versions and security configurations
• Implement monitoring, alerting, observability, backup/restore, and disaster recovery models
• Own and execute release and environment management, ensuring stability and compliance
• Drive infrastructure solutioning, offering expert-level recommendations for scaling and modernization
• Serve as the escalation point for L3/L4 support, root cause analysis, complex troubleshooting, and vendor collaboration
• Coach and mentor junior members, promoting capability development and engineering excellence

Your profile

Key requirements:

• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure experience, dedicated to automation infrastructure.
• Expert understanding of on-premise and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Mastery of Blue Prism infrastructure and exposure to additional automation tools.
• Advanced PowerShell and SQL scripting capability.
• Knowledge and application of ITIL, DevOps, or ISO frameworks.
• Ability to lead client discussions and drive architectural decisions independently.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in multiple automation platforms (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform, Kryon).
• Experience in Intelligent Automation (AI/ML, Process Mining).
• Strong communication, advisory and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring teams and uplifting delivery maturity.
