Your role

As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will lead a team of FP&A professionals and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the organization. In this highly visible leadership position, you will drive analytical excellence, ensure accuracy of financial deliverables, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision‑making. You will be responsible for guiding the team through complex analyses, fostering continuous improvement, and strengthening the overall FP&A framework.

Your tasks

  • Leading and developing the FP&A team, including setting priorities, managing workloads, coaching analysts, and building analytical capabilities.
  • Overseeing monthly reporting cycles and forecasting submissions (P&L, Cash Flow, Capex), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to corporate standards.
  • Reviewing and approving monthly performance overviews with clear, insightful commentary and high‑quality variance analysis for senior leadership.
  • Driving strategic financial planning, including annual budget cycles, long-term financial plans, and rolling forecasts.
  • Providing high‑impact financial insights, scenario modelling, business cases and decision‑support for executive stakeholders.
  • Strengthening analytical frameworks, processes, and tools, with a focus on automation, standardization and reporting efficiency.
  • Acting as a key advisor to senior management, translating financial results into actionable recommendations.

Your profile

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting, reporting, or finance roles, including proven experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics ideally supported by relevant certifications.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with SAP and complex financial models (Excel-based).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial results and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach with ability to work across an organization to resolve issues.
  • Nice to have: prior experience in FMCG/CPG; exposure to dynamic BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); training in Accounting standards (e.g., GAAP).
