Senior Director (Kinaxis Rapid Response, supply chain, transformation)

Your role

As a Solution Architect, you will lead Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation, deployment, and transformation initiatives, driving the design of scalable planning solutions and enterprise architectures. You will act as a subject matter expert, shaping innovative offerings and supporting the development of best practices across supply chain planning capabilities.

Your tasks

  • Lead end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation, deployment, and enhancement projects.
  • Design and deliver large-scale supply chain transformation solutions on the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform.
  • Define solution architectures that ensure alignment across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and connected planning processes.
  • Develop solution designs, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps based on business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Establish and promote enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices across Kinaxis solutions.
  • Architect and oversee integrations between Kinaxis RapidResponse and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and other business platforms.
  • Drive innovation by assessing emerging technologies, conducting proof-of-concepts, and evolving architecture standards.
  • Contribute to the development of new offerings, reusable assets, and practice capabilities while acting as a trusted SME.

Your profile

  • 15-20 years of experience in supply chain consulting, transformation, or operations, with strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse or comparable planning platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering 3-5 end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations across multiple industries and planning domains.
  • Deep functional expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and integrated planning processes.
  • Strong architecture and design experience, including data modelling and integration frameworks between ERP systems and Kinaxis solutions.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise solution architecture principles and large-scale business transformation programs.
  • Experience working within FMCG, CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, or other complex supply chain environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a strong foundation in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related disciplines; MBA is a plus.
  • APICS and/or Kinaxis certifications, multinational project exposure, and flexibility to work across Agile development, support, and deployment environments are highly valued.
